I found this MSC lower on the mountainside of Kuuchamaa than usual, likely due to hazardous road conditions higher up. Surveilling the entirety of the Mexican town of Tecate, this tower is operated around the clock by national guardsmen. The placement of these mobile surveillance vehicles often serves as a reliable indicator of where permanent surveillance towers will be installed in the future.
